LugMe helps you store your luggage without the need of dropping them off in our facilities. Our certified taxi company will transfer your belongings in our CCTV secured facilities from your point of interest and it will deliver them back to you in the place and time you have selected.
We pick you up or transfer you to the Airport, Piraeus port, Hotel & Airbnb along with your luggage 24/7.
There is always the option to drop off your luggage in our facilities, without selecting the pick-up procedure.
+ How to book my luggage storage in LugMe selecting the pick-up procedure?
Use the search bar of the booking page to start browsing your ideal spot for your luggage pick up and select your preferred time for their transfer.
Once you have booked, you will receive an email with the details of the Taxi vehicle which will transfer your belongings, along with the address and the time of its arrival.
If you would like to make a change in address or time of pick-up procedure, you can send us an email or give us a call.
+ How much luggage can you transfer in one-drive?
Taxis can accommodate up to 3 passengers plus 3 suitcases (23kg max) or 4 passengers plus hand luggage.
+ Can I use your transportation services as a normal taxi?
Yes, this service is available through phone calls (30) 697 7213600, for an ad-hoc or scheduled transportation.
+ Will I pay if I cancel my booking with a Pick-Up procedure?
If you have proceeded to a pre-paid booking with a Pick-Up procedure you are able to make a free cancellation of the transportation up to 1 hour before your booking time.
If you do not appear according to your reservation details, only transportation costs will be charged. Money will be returned to your account.

There is no need of a printed document, you just have to show the booking reference number.
